Camping "Žagarkalns"

3 km away from the centre of the city, on the bank of the Gauja River, in the forest welt, tent and trailer camping and a water tourist base with boat, raft, river catamaran and SUP board rental is created. The camping area is wide enough to provide that tourists make no inconvenience to each other.

Here, the principle of so called “quiet camping” is observed. This means that that here on a daily basis it is not recommended to play loud music, make excessive noise or behave loudly  in the company not to disturb other visitors who have come to enjoy the nature and the quietness of the Gauja. The camping is equipped with WC and showers, there are electrical outlets, as well as WiFi. The campsite is located directly at the start of the Cīrulīši nature trails.
