Camping Ozolkalns with eight heated cottages is situated in the Gauja National Park, near river Gauja, surrounded by pine forest, 5 km from the center of Cesis. In summer, it is an ideal stop for float or boat riders or adventure park "Supervāvere" visitors, but in winter it is the best place to stay for Ozolkalns ski resort visitors, as the chalets are located just 200 m from the ski lifts.
The complex has six heated smaller houses - with 4 or 5 beds, each consisting of 2 rooms, shower and WC. The "Forest house" has three bedrooms and living room, and a terrace with a beautiful view to Gauja River. There are 10 beds in this building. A small sauna for eight people near Gauja is available.
The Hill café is open at wintertime. Float and boat rentals are available on summer. Cirulisi Nature trails, located right next to the Ozolkalns, are a good choice for walks in a peaceful wilderness.
