A small bakery right in the middle of the old town of Cesis. Here bread is baked from Latvian organic spelt wheat, buckwheat, oat and barley whole grain flour. Sourdough bread. Grain milled in a stone mill.
They offer tasting of bread, a short story - basic principles of baking healthy bread. For groups of up to 12 people.
